Life with your dog in Wayzata

Your everyday life.
A good place to learn.

A walk near the lake should leave room to enjoy each other. For Wayzata families, we build the connection and practical skills that help dogs handle the world at a pace they can manage.

Prepare for the outing at home

A comfortable mat, a familiar cue and a person who notices when a break is needed can make a big difference. Practice settling in a quiet room first, then add movement and distractions in small steps with your coach’s guidance.

Let confidence set the pace

Busy sidewalks, passing dogs and outdoor tables can be a lot for a young or worried dog. Your plan can include checking in, loose-leash skills and choosing when to step away. Public outings are a goal to build toward, rather than a test your puppy has to pass.

In-home puppy training in Wayzata

Expert help.
Right where life happens.
